Called Aladdin when having problems with my garage door. Call was answered promptly. Contact said Tech would call me back. Received a call back within 30 minutes from the tech. He set an appointment time for a little later the same day. Tech showed up at the scheduled time and corrected the problems quickly. Price was very reasonable. Great service! Exactly what is expected from a great service company!

Awesome Professional, and So Quick!

We had a tiny little tear that went through the inside edges of two aluminum panels, where they come together. We didn’t think it was a big deal until, after nearly two years, it had grown and the whole door began to bang and shift when we moved it. In comes Aladdin Doors, who said they’d arrive in 45 minutes, which they did - right on time! The technicians, Esteban & Enrique, were so professional and did an awesome job! As promised, they installed a horizontal strut to stabilize the whole door and then they lubed all of the moving parts, as a standard courtesy. Best of all, I think they did the repair in fewer than ten minutes! No exaggeration, here. Tho is my first experience with Aladdin Doors - they’re terrific! Their technicians, though, were the REAL stars - they are outstanding! We will definitely use them again and give referrals to everyone we talk to!! It’s fixed, the guys were outstanding, the price was very fair (exactly what we hoped to pay!) and I’m thrilled with their work! THANK YOU ALADDIN DOORS!!!!
